Every subsidized rental development in Florida that the Shimberg Center's Assisted Housing Inventory lists: 3,206 developments with address, units, housing programs, funders, target population and the overall year of subsidy expiration. 3,186 carry a location in the GeoJSON layer. Each county page lists its developments; this page sums them by county.

- Validated on every build against the Clearinghouse's own county pages: 52,179 county rows compared with the county's own results page, 22,482 sums of cities and unincorporated area against the county, 19,620 cost burden summary figures against the projection detail, 3,158 assisted development rows on city pages against the county page. Any difference fails the build.
- Blank cells are figures the Clearinghouse suppresses, prints as a dash or codes as missing; each is listed with its reason under the table. Nothing is interpolated.
